Refund Policy

Effective July 28, 2026

Simple version: 7 days, no questions. If you bought something from a ReboundMan app and you do not want it, ask within 7 days of the purchase and I refund it in full.

One-time purchases

Pool upgrades, season passes, and software licenses: refundable in full within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed. One consequence to know: refunding a purchase removes what it unlocked. A refunded pool upgrade relocks the pool to the free size limit, a refunded season pass ends premium access, and a refunded license deactivates the key.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges happen. The first payment of a new subscription is refundable within 7 days like any other purchase. Beyond that, partial periods are not refunded.

How to get a refund

Email the address on the contact page from the email you purchased with, or reply to your Stripe receipt. Include the receipt number if you have it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

A note on card disputes

If something looks wrong on your statement, contact me first; the 7-day policy means a legitimate issue gets refunded faster than a dispute resolves. Charges appear on statements as RBNDMN plus the app name.
