Terms of Service

Effective July 28, 2026

These terms cover reboundman.com and the apps published from it (the sports, finance, productivity, and desktop tools listed on the home page). The apps are operated by ReboundMan.com, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Using the apps means you accept these terms. I keep them short and in plain English on purpose.

Accounts

Some apps require an account. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account may work across several related apps; that is by design. Give accurate information, especially the email address, since receipts and important notices go there.

Purchases

Some features are paid: one-time upgrades, season passes, subscriptions, and software licenses. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. Prices are shown at checkout. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout. Refunds are covered by the refund policy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal linked in the app or on your receipt.

Game and contest apps

Some apps organize picks contests and pools between you and people you invite. To be precise about what you are paying for: the fee buys access to app features. We never hold, collect, escrow, or pay out player money. If your group keeps a pot, any entry fees or payouts the app displays are bookkeeping between the players; collecting and settling that money is entirely between you and your group, outside the app. We are not a gambling, wagering, or money transmission service.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the services: no unauthorized access, no scraping at volume, no interfering with other users, no illegal use. I can suspend or close accounts that do. If an account with paid access is closed for abuse, the refund policy governs what, if anything, is returned.

Your data

Apps store the data needed to run them (profiles, picks, training plans, and similar). You can delete your account and its data from within each app's settings. Note that when apps share an account, deleting the shared account removes your data across those apps; the delete screens say so explicitly.

No warranty, limited liability

These are small tools, built carefully but provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, ReboundMan.com, LLC's total liability for any claim related to an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

I may update these terms as the apps evolve. The effective date above changes when the terms do, and material changes get a notice in the affected apps. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
